In addition, showing the crystal count and inspection status in process such as inspection count and OK / NG count on main screen in real time, and saving the inspection count per each LOT together with OK or NG status and the images in the database, it helps you to see information of the produced lot easily and provides a function that you can inspect and see the image of each crystal in real time through the data base.

By setting up such a system, improvement of production efficiency and correct information delivery of each crystal are promoted.
